7 days Gorilla and Chimpanzee Habituation Experience involves both gorilla & chimpanzee habituation get to spend four hours with the apes. Kibale National Park is famous for harboring 13 primate species, including the chimps, olive monkeys, vervet monkey, white and black colobus monkeys, and many more. You’ll visit Queen Elizabeth NP, which is famous for a variety of wildlife species, including the tree-climbing lions, here you will go with lion scientists and get to track the lions, Bwindi National Park is famous for mountain gorillas you will spend four hours.

Day 1: Transfer from Entebbe to the capital world of chimps

Transfer from the airport or hotel in the morning and drive to the capital of the chimpanzee in the western part of the country in their home of Kibale national park. As you will be driving you will have a view of beautiful tea plantations within the background you will see the mountain ranges of the Rwenzori Mountains. Stopover in fort portal and have lunch then later goes for a swamp walk in Bigodi.

Day 2: Chimpanzee habituation in Kibale National Park

Leave early morning you drive to park headquarters for chimpanzee habitation, here you will have a ranger guide that will go with you in the forest to participate in habituating the chimpanzees which takes about for hour when you find them. After the experience you head back to the lodge and relax.

Day 3: Drive through the Creator Lakes as You Transfer to Queen

As you enroute to Queen Elizabeth you will pass through create lakes that one of them is on the two shilling Ugandan note, you will pass through towns and cement factory, road side markets etc. have a chance to stop and take photos at the equator as you cross to heading to the lodge for lunch then later go for evening game drive.

Day 4: Lion Tracking and Boat Cruise

Leave early in the morning head to the park and meet the scientists with a ranger guide who will take you close to the lions and explain to you how and what lion tracking is all about, then later visit the salt lake and the crater lake and head for lunch and after you do the boat ride on the Kazinga channel.

Day 5: Tree Climbing Lions and drive To Bwindi

Leave for Bwindi in the morning as you head to Bwindi you will have a game drive in ishasha sector where you will look for tree climbing lions, spotted hyenas in their dens, tops, savannah elephants etc. after the game drive you will head to Bwindi Rushanga sector where you will do your gorilla habituation.

Day 6: Gorilla habituation Experience

Highlight of the trip has come, you leave for the park very early in the morning and get a ranger guide with armed ranger and start your gorilla experience and when you fine the gorillas you start your habituation which gives you four hours with the gorillas.

Day 7: Fly To Entebbe

Leave early in the morning and head to Kisoro airstrip to fly to Entebbe. End of Tour.
