5 days Uganda Rwanda Primates and Wildlife experience is epic fun filled adventure of two countries, you can expect a combination of unique wildlife encounters, hikes through tropical rainforests and cultural experiences as you embark on a mountain gorilla tracking safari in Uganda. Golden Monkeys in the Volcanoes National Park, you may have a chance to spot tree climbing lions as you drive through the park for chimpanzee trekking in Queen Elizabeth National Park and boat cruise on kazinga channel.
Day 1: City Tour and Transfer to Volcanoes
Pick up from the hotel in Kigali or airport and do a city tour, visit the local markets and also visit the genocide memories in the city center, after we drive through the sting hills of Rwanda which are known as a country of thousand hills filled with plantations and Terrance type of farming.
Day 2: Golden monkey and Transfer to Bwindi National Park
Have morning breakfast and head to Volcanoes National Park and have a general briefing and entertainment from the community after we will be group in small groups and later head to the park to trek golden monkeys in the slopes of the volcanoes which boarder Uganda and Congo. After the golden monkeys we transfer to Bwindi crossing the border.
Day 3: Gorilla Trekking and Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park
Highlight of the tour is today, Gorilla Trekking. we head out to the park headquarters for briefing and grouping which will be done by rangers. You will be put in a group allocated to the gorilla family. After trekking we will transfer to Queen Elizabeth national park and if you’re lucky you will spot tree climbing lions.
Day 4: Chimp Trekking and Boat Cruise With Evening Drive
Today you drive to the kyambura gorge for chimpanzee trekking. While in the gorge you will have a chance to see some other primates like monkeys. Other animals like hippos, buffalos, elephants with different tree species plus a river that flows through the gorge after you do a game drive and evening drive in kasenti plains.
Day 5: Game Drive and Transfer to Kigali
Morning game drive and transfer to Kigali and that makes the end of the Tour.
